OUR STORY
WE ARE GETTING MARRIED (:
XOXO
She was the "older woman" in corduroy overalls in art school. He was the jock art kid, too cool to let his feelings be known.
Years passed.
Barely realizing their potential until a coach / skater relationship was established. From that relationship, a friendship blossomed. True feelings were revealed. Then a romantic relationship ensued.
The most dynamic couple eleven years in the making will continue doing what they do best... Forever.
SMALL VENUES
WITH LOTS OF HEART
Miriam and John have many amazing people in their lives. It saddens them that not all of them will be able to experience this special occasion. With space being so limited, the bride and groom respectfully request that invited guests only RSVP for the event for which they are invited. As amazing as your little ones are, the bride and groom also ask that you enjoy the evening without your
precious tiny versions of you.
CEREMONY
& RECEPTION
JUST THE
RECEPTION
VENUE INFORMATION
THE CEREMONY
The ceremony will be in the garden between the Mattie Rhodes Art Center and the gallery. The ceremony will be short and sweet, however, September weather can be unpredictable so be prepared for a variety of conditions.
THE RECEPTION
The reception will be located inside the former Jalisco's Mexican Restaurant in Argentine, Kansas City, KS, across from Micky's Surplus. We will be serving dinner and have an open bar. The venue is located within a residential neighborhood so we ask that respect is given to the wonderful neighbors by keeping outside conversations at a reasonable level.
OFFERINGS
The couple will not be registering for gifts. Their small abode will not allow for it. The bride and groom would happily accept monetary gifts which will be applied toward fulfilling their dream of purchasing a new home.
